Hi, I’m Felicity, registered Speech-Language Pathologist in the provinces of Alberta & Ontario. I offer talking tips and speech-language strategies for babies, toddlers, and school-aged children, with an emphasis on parent-coaching and empowerment. I am a proud supporter of play-based learning and a passionate advocate for children of all abilities.
I absolutely love what I do and am devoted to serve my clients with integrity and enthusiasm as I support their speech and language development. The most rewarding aspect of my job is when children feel proud of their communication accomplishments and family’s grow confidence in helping their child. Your goals are important to me. We will work collaboratively to come up with a treatment plan that is tailored to you.
Hi, my name is Megan. Blessed with nearly two years of mentorship by Speech-Language Pathologist Felicity Lof and hands-on experience as a student aide, I’ve stepped into the role of a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLP-A). This role feels like such a natural fit—I’m fully present during each session, and I leave uplifted after seeing children make progress with their communication.
My journey with kids began much earlier. Growing up in my mom’s dayhome, I spent my days in imaginative play, putting on performances, and helping younger children feel safe and included. Those early experiences showed me how powerful play can be for learning, and they continue to shape the way I foster communication today.
I’m especially drawn to supporting children in language and social communication, while continuing to grow my skills in articulation. Honoring each child’s unique communication style and helping them build meaningful connections is what makes this work so rewarding for me.
In addition to my SLP-A role, I also contribute to The Talk Spot through administrative work. I find this equally meaningful, as it allows me to connect families with clinicians and help ensure more children receive the resources they need.
Outside of work, I love mentoring youth, hiking, reading, and journaling. I’m grateful for the opportunity to walk alongside families and look forward to celebrating every child’s progress in their speech and language journey.
